THE FOOTSTOOL PLAYERS NEW PRODUCTION

The Footstool Players are back with their new production Seeds and for one night only in Ipoh will be performing at Kledang Community Chapel this Saturday at 8pm. The Kledang Community Chapel is located at 86-88 Persiaran Sg Pari Timur 16, Taman Mas, 30100 Ipoh

K-POP CONCERT

There will be a K-Pop (Korean Pop) concert in Ipoh for 1 night only on 9th Sept 2011 at the Perak Girls School Hall, for all lovers of K-Pop this is not to be missed!

THE FANTASTICKS

Wow productions seem to popping up everywhere which is great for the arts scene in Ipoh! This one is an oldie but a goodie! Dee Music Studio is collaborating with ACS Ipoh to stage "The Fantasticks". Its a charity production and part of the proceeds will be going towards the ACS School Fund. The production will feature youths aged between 14-18 comprising students of Dee Music Studio, ACS Ipoh,St Michaels Institution and other schools. Performances will be from 9-11 September at ACS.

THEY'RE BACK!

The PSPA International Ensemble is back again in a new reincarnation and once again led by our very own Ipoh boy Eugene Pook who is the Music Director and Conductor. This years lineup is comprised of a selection of Malaysian and International Stars who will be performing the famous Butterfly Lovers Violin Concerto and a number of famous English and Italian Arias and love songs.

CHOIR FROM LISBON

The Lisbon Chamber Choir will be in town for a once in a lifetime concert on 2nd August, 2011 at Syuen Hotel. Dont miss out to see this world class choir in action. You will also be contributing to a good cause as this concert is held to raise funds for Shekinah Community Center to set up a children and youth training center in Pengkalan.
